How I Cleared My Skin of Acne
This is how I cleared my skin of acne with nutrition. I got off difficult-to-digest oils such as canola oil to start. I then added in great quality oils like great quality olive oil. I then got off refined sugar and alcohol and started using low glycemic sweeteners such as monk fruit. This was the beginning to help my skin become clear of acne.

I love eating high quality healthy foods in the summer for clear skin. One of my go-to foods is wild caught salmon salad, chilled in the fridge. Summer is a great time to eat foods that are not heated at such high temperature and that are fresh at the farmers market.

It is possible to naturally heal psoriasis. There are foods that can help heal psoriasis. I have found, through personal experience, that diet can really help heal psoriasis. I keep a basis of foods and drinks as my main nutrition and I discuss what these are in this video.

For those that suffer with skin problems, most cleansers can aggravate the skin, and even cause a break-out. Because the skin may be super sensitive to ingredients and even over-cleansing of the skin, I have found fruit facials as a great alternative to cleansing with conventional cleansers. It is nature’s gentle exfoliant and it works! The sugars in the fruit actively cleanse and slough off the dead skin cells.

It is so helpful to do whatever it takes to support you in thriving. For me, one of the most important things I can do is spend time in nature. This helps my health and help me to maintain a calm nervous system even during stressful times. I feel uplifted and happier and connected to the deepest, most nourishing part of myself, my spirit. This ultimately gives me great stress relief. It is crucial to do what it takes to help you to thrive, whatever that may be. This ultimately helps with skin challenges such as psoriasis.
