It is so helpful to do whatever it takes to support you in thriving. For me, one of the most important things I can do is spend time in nature. This helps my health and help me to maintain a calm nervous system even during stressful times. I feel uplifted and happier and connected to the deepest, most nourishing part of myself, my spirit.
