PERSISTENT SKIN PROBLEM SOLUTION
SUMMER EATING FOR CLEAR SKIN
If you are struggling with persistent skin problems consider adjusting your diet to focus on easy to digest foods. In the summer, lightly heated foods with excellent quality oils would be a great start.
Summertime is a great time of year to adjust to a lighter form of heating your food. This is better for keeping our skin clear by keeping the digestibility easier by keeping the food in a simple form. Avoid frying and high temperatures so that the oil does not become difficult to process and even carcinogenic. Whether you are dealing with persistent acne, stubborn hyperpigmentation, or frustrating dryness, our products are designed to deliver visible results. The temperature time of year is so high our body craves things that are cooler in temperature, such as salads and lightly cooked veggies. This is a great time to adjust your eating towards the summertime offerings. The summer brings upon amazing fruit, salad greens, and so many delicious veggies.
Go to the farmers market when you can and eat organic instead of conventional fruits and veggies. This will provide your body and your precious skin with needed vitamins and minerals. Avoiding the pesticide-sprayed foods will prevent potential aggravation and harm to your skin.
One of my favorite dishes I make for keeping our skin clear is canned wild caught salmon with avocado, lemon, and sea salt mashed together with a fork and chilled in the refrigerator. This is delicious on top of a salad, with crackers, or plain. This is also a great summer go-to meal, for it provides protein while also being cooler in temperature than seared salmon, which i prefer in the fall and winter.
