My favorite food to help heal psoriasis is wild-caught salmon. This is so rich in essential fatty acids and gives the body a dose of deep nutrients that literally heals the skin. I love pan searing it, but you can also just broil it. If eaten long term and regularly there is more of a chance for long term healing. I see differences in my skin on my face when I eat great quality fish regularly, and helps keep it clear of acne and eczema.
